This is one photograph of a series of photographs I took for my University's unit called 'Photojournalism'. And I chose to do where I use to live when I was between the ages of 7 and 18.

Enjoy!

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt=":la:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="577" title="La la la la"/> Here is your critique from SnazzyPhotography By: Bri one of the Co-Founders.<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt=":la:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="577" title="La la la la"/>
<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt=":bulletblue:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="211" title="Bullet; Blue"/> First of all I really like the light shining in and the way it hits the main focus.

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt=":bulletred:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="210" title="Bullet; Red"/> The Vision is good, I think you saw something and went for what you saw.. maybe did not nail it just so but did a really good job anyways.

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt=":bulletorange:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="567" title="Bullet; Orange"/> Originality This is original, given people are always trying to capture light shining in and hitting at just the right spot.. also using the black and white for the photo, it's still very original, can't say I've seen one like this before and if I have then I have not seen it many times.

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt=":bulletred:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="210" title="Bullet; Red"/> The technique is alright, I'm not to huge on the blurred/fuzzy focus on the walls and finding it hard to completely focus on the main focal point. I guess maybe if this where shot at just a little different angle, capturing less of the walls and more of the main focus with the surrounding bricks around that, then it would make for a much better photo in my opinion.

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt=":bulletyellow:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="566" title="Bullet; Yellow"/>The impact is good, like I said about the walls being blurred and them being to dominant in the photo, finding it hard to focus mainly on the main focal point, other then that I'd say this is overall a good photo and with a few things changed it would be great. I'd stop and view this photo for a while without passing by it to view another.
