I tried to make this one look like a painting as I am going to try and start painting traditional art with acrylics. I also like messing around with light.

I was listening to this while doing this piece: [link]

The artwork looks so calm when the music isn't. xD

The image is quite extravagant and beautiful... The colors all mix quite well... One issue I have when looking at this is that it seems too bland in the angle... If you change the angling it will look even better... one of the best things about this image is the specks in the light... another quite good thing is the shading on the feathers... The dark surrounding it puts a great amount of focus on the owl and the specks that are illuminated in the light... I absolutely would love this image though if you would change the angles of the owl and light... :iconcommandereve:...love your profile pic btw

Vision:
The view and lighting of the pice is absolutely phenomenal. The way you've incorporated both the light and the dark show just what great things an artist can accomplish. I congratulate you on the eye lights and the stunningly breathtaking way that you have made it seem as if I could reach inside the image and take the owl as my own.

Originality:
I'll admit, I have seen some art like this, but none have been as amazing as this. The light and dark texture combined with the feather detail create a truly unique piece of art. Also, the small specks of dust make this piece every bit more original.

Technique:
Once more, a truly brilliant accomplishment. The way that you have drawn the feathers is nothing short of pure talent. The fine detail in every stroke, the spots on its breast and just the owl in itself create a captivating atmosphere for the viewer all because of this technique.

Impact:
Upon first glance, one is instantly blown away by the marvellousness if this image. Even when clicked to get a higher resolution, you can only be more blown away by this breathtaking, stunning piece of art. It makes you wonder and think, it makes you pause and really appreciate things like this that a single artist can conjure.

So thank you for creating this piece of artwork. It truly is something to be congratulated.

Awesome! by the way, who is this owl? I mean, is Eve dreaming to go to glamoura? (I imagined that when I saw it)

Indeed. There use to be times when I use to look at artwork by others that was a lot better then me, and I thought I would never get that good. And now, 8 years down the line, I am better then them. So, it is possible. :B
