This is a drawing of Eve after she just set fire to a forest. Yeps, it’s her favourite thing to do. xD
With this piece I really tried to push myself as much as I could, and I have to say I am quite proud of this one.
Programs:
Photoshop CS5
Tools:
Wacom Cintiq 21UX
Time:
About 80 hours over 2-ish weeks. I was not keeping track, but it was a long time, some days I spent 6 hours on this.
Enjoy!

Lovely piece.
This reminds me of a scene from one of my favorite animated movies, Legend of the Guardians. The piece shows that you've put a lot of thought and effort into the rendering and lighting. It's an incredibly difficult thing to get right as you're dealing with both Flames and a fiercely bright moon.
Now in real life the fire would dull-out this moon (or the other way around, depending on distance and angle of the viewer.)
I've made a quick overpaint to show the difference <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
This way you keep the same feel, but just that bit more realistic:
